    Due to the availability of flowers at Valentine's Week we strive to get as close to the look of the arrangement as possible. We did include all of the types of flowers that were to be in your order, but some were of a lighter shade. I'm so sorry that we did not contact you about these substitutions.     My husband had to call them to ask why my flowers hadn’t been delivered. They lost the arrangement and had to remake it and it wasn’t delivered until 4pm when it was supposed to be delivered by noon. They did not even offer a discount to rectify the situation. Won’t ever purchase from there again.

    I have consulted my staff and we do not remember this situation. Your order WAS delivered when asked ON Valentine's Day. There was no time stated for delivery on your original order. You did not mention the quality of your arrangement. If you had returned the order that day, we would have refunded his money. This review is VERY late in coming after Valentine's Day. I would think that you would have contacted us on February 15th instead of March 5th. I am very sorry that you will not purchase again from us. We strive to please our customers and produce a quality product.

    Your assumption that the order was lost is incorrect. Hard copy and electronic records reflects same. The flowers were fresh & high quality. Delivery was on day requested. No delivery time was specified. Customer specified delivery times are met. The shop did not close until 7 PM, yet, your dissatisfaction is made three weeks subsequent to order completion and delivery. I am willing to personally discuss the issue.

    Ordered flowers for a funeral I was not able to attend. I picked the option where the florist designs an arrangement instead of picking one from the available pictures. In the comments I put who and what it was for. The family sent me an image of the arrangement and it was better than I even expected. It was larger than I expected and full and the flowers looked very fresh. Good value for for price. I am very happy that I chose The Flower Shop and Gifts.

    I needed to order this on a Saturday afternoon (of Fourth of July weekend, no less), and this was the only place I could find that had flowers available to order. I kept getting errors on every other site saying that they couldn't get my order ready during the time I asked for (ready by Monday morning after the holiday). Thank you so much for preparing and delivering the arrangement in the very short time frame. It was for a dear family who had lost their grandmother; it was so important that we were able to show our condolences and love despite not being able to attend the funeral in person.

    The service is always quick. Both times I have ordered from the Flower Shoppee the flowers have been delivered within two hours. However, both times I have felt that the flowers received have too much greenery and not enough flowers. The bouquets are always similar to the picture but surrounded in greenery.
