    I'm sorry there was a problem with your order. I've pulled up the order and it states " please use Easter color ribbon if one is included." And it asked for a balloon. I'm sorry we missed this on the order. A refund of the balloon and tax will be refunded back to her. Again, I'm sorry this happened to you Cheryl.

There have been many occasions, whether happy times or sad times, that Pat's has arranged whatever we needed. I live out of the state and couldn't ask for better service on deliveries to the local areas versus any national company that doesn't have the ability to deliver to the more rural areas.     The people at Pat's were most helpful in arranging delivery, especially after I had to change the delivery details so I am very pleased with their service.     We ordered birthday flowers for Lyle's mom (Kathy) online. The flowers were not exactly as pictured on the Internet (i.e. Reds and bright mixture) but the flowers she received were beautiful. And the service was above and beyond. They had went out for an early dinner to celebrate her birthday, so Pat's florist stopped to deliver them on her way home. Kathy loved them. Will definitely use Pat's Florist again in the future!
