    My mom loved the arrangement. Since the flowers were delivered about 2 miles down the road, the delivery fee was too much. Can't the fee be calculated by the distance you need to travel? I could have used that much in gas to go the 200 miles to deliver it.

    I'm sorry you were unhappy with our delivery price.We try to keep our prices fair & are one of the lowest in our area. There are a lot of factors we consider when pricing our deliveries. Delivery vans get more wear and tear due to multiple stops. This makes our maintenance costs high. The volume done at holidays is much higher than normal which necessitates hiring more drivers and renting more vehicles.Packaging the arrangements is also part of this.It's spread out thru the year since our business fluctuates and all this determines our pricing.I hope this helps & we appreciate your review.

    The flowers were beautiful and some are still alive even after all this time! I have ordered from other places and felt like the flowers died so quickly. The only thing I would have liked is if they had called before dropping the flowers off like I had asked. Or given some sort of estimated arrival so we were aware. As I had wanted the person receiving the flowers to be home when they arrived. Unfortunately this didn't happen. However, they did call after arriving and leave the flowers in a safe place.

Some types of flowers have a longer lifespan than others, therefore it is always good to hear what did not hold up so that we can trace which of our suppliers they came from if it was a quality issue.     Cherry Lane did tall of the flowers for my wedding, including bouquets, church decor, and centerpieces. Each piece was absolutely stunning. Tonya completely captured what I had been dreaming about. She worked with the colors of the bridesmaid dresses so the flowers would not blend in but accent the colors. My bouquet was gorgeous and went so well with my dress. I had my father build a 7 foot tall cross that cherry lane embellished with flowers to show the beauty of the cross and its symbolism. They did all the set up which led to a relaxing day for me!

    It was a nice arrangement. I requested a custom one with calla lilies and roses. They didn't put any callas in there (my wife's favorite). I know they advised that they'd try to accommodate, but I also wish I was kept informed. Not once was I called. Additionally, I asked for a late delivery as so that my wife would be home. They delivered it mid day. This is fine. Again I just wish I had been kept in the loop.

    I ordered a very expensive floral arrangement for my 5 year old god-daughters birthday from here. They were supposed to be delivered on her birthday while I was away on my vacation, however there was a problem and they were delivered 3 days early. All i was told was don't open the arrangement and they would pick it up from the house and re-deliver it on Thursday. That is an unacceptable solution in my eyes completely along with the fact that they rushed me off of the phone. They have lost all business from myself and my family now.

    Sincere apologies. When our mistake was realized our designer called you to explain. The delivery had been left at door because recipient was not home (our policy is to call recipient when driver returns to make sure the gift is received). She is sorry you felt rushed but was eager to retrieve the package in case no one had returned home to find it yet. As was the case, it was still by the door. We will resend the order on the proper day with extra value added for the trouble. We will all take special care in the future to prevent this from happening again.
