    They called to ask if they could substitute flowers since the tulips that arrived looked bad. I saw my mom’s arrangement...it was tiny, half the flowers were vegetables (cabbage and palm) and I did not think looked good at all. I was very upset to spend so much money on a small, not pleasing to the eye arrangement. Very disappointed overall in my experience.

    The flowers were beautiful, fresh and very important arrived on time. What I love about Fulshear Floral Design is the out of the box unique design. The creations have thought and creativity behind them. They were festive and nice centerpieces. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because I ordered what I thought was the cutest idea of Rudolph’s red nose but it came as a totally different shape and color which changed the whole arrangement. It was nice but that was the arrangement I was most excited to receive. Thank you!

    I was pleased with the timeliness on the delivery. However, not as pleased with the arrangement colors. Florist mentioned he did not have certain flowers and had to substitute. I saw tge arrangement the day after delivery and it did not look so lively. Also i felt the medium size not such a good value for total amount paid.
