Quick order, quick delivery, and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. It was just as if not more beautiful than the picture show online. I would recommend to anyone in the Longview area.

    My son and I ordered a custom made spray honoring his sweet "Paw paw" who loved his vegetable gardens. I envisioned a beautiful creation with colorful peppers, squash/gourds, along with a nice mix of flowers and you definitely got it perfect!     The flowers were beauitful. However, every flower shown in the image online was substitued with the exception of the yellow roses which I noted the need to be included as they were her favorites. I was not disappointed with the subbed flowers, but was surprised so many had to be. Other than that, very happy. They made it to her at a great time and they were very fresh!     I prefer to pick up the phone and call the shop, however, no phone number is provided on the delivery website. I miss the personal touch - especially from a flower shop. I feel like in talking to a person, I can feel more assured that flowers will reach the person intended on-time.     Delivered on time. When they didn't have the proper materials for the basket ordered, the substituted vase was just as good. Flowers were beautiful. Only complaint was the balloon and stuffed animal ordered were not delivered, but the refund was processed. Would definitely use Ann's Petals for other occasions and recommend to others.
