    So sorry you thought the wooden box smiley face was cheap. They really cost more. We also added extra chocolates to fill the larger box and no it was no sugar free candy at all! If and when we ever get back our original inventory we will replace it to you at no charge. No China trucks are running at this time since covid came. Sorry again and enjoy all that candy.

    I actually placed an order online for pre valentines day wkend on a Friday in town, and pick up was gonna be 4:30. I had a few hours to kill so i decided to sit in car and nap a bit! Well this amazing worker came out and very sweetly checked on me BUT THEN FILLED MY ORDER HOURS EARLIER so I didnt have to wait long at all!! My wife/valentine LOVED them and they were a gorgeous display. Was my first time using Local Henderson florist and ai will definitely be back!!

    What bothers me is that I have no way of knowing if these flowers were delivered. We were told they were delivered to church when I specified funeral home. I was notified of time of delivery but I had already called and given a different time.

    Sorry, but the funeral ATTENTANT wanted all flowers to go to the home or church. And that's what we did! I guess it depends on what kind of service the family pays for. We tell people if they have a problem to call the funeral home who is handling the service and maybe they will explain it better. However we will have the flower on time and fresh for the service even if we were asked to take it to another location. Again, sorry you had to experience this at a time like this. Also, we confirm orders as soon as we can. That shouldn't had been a problem at all.

    Great service. I had to change the destination the flowers were delivered to because the person I was sending it to decided they were taking the day off after I placed the order. The woman at the store worked with me and took down a new delivery address. The flowers were delivered on time, and I hear the majority of them still look great (2 weeks after they were delivered). I will definitely keep this florist in mind in the future.

    I was not able to see the plant, but I was definitely happy to have been able to patronize a business in my hometown via online. I prefer that to ordering through something like 1800Flowers.com. The problem is, I had fraudulent charges to my credit card from the Petal Shoppe (which is a shop I did business with for years prior to it's last owner change), so I feared ever giving my credit card number over the phone again, even though I thought I could trust the business owners. I knew I would get something nice from a privately owned shop in Henderson, but until I found that I could order from your shop online, I was stuck using national flower ordering processes. I will be happy to use your services in the future.
