    The flowers for a dear friend in Lakeland and I read reviews online . I phoned and had excellent customer service from Ruth.Ruth helped with a zip code error I had in my contact checking on the location of my friends home . Above and beyond ! The flowers were prettier than I imagined and were delivered that same day. My friend was so pleased she even called the shop personally to tell than how beautiful the bouquet is and it still is ! It’s lasting quite awhile . Well done and I will repeat business when I need flowers without hesitation ! Thank you !!
