    I sent a flower arrangement for my mother-in-law’s birthday. She wasn’t home for the delivery. The delivery driver, Tony, was AMAZING! He tried to contact her and when she didn’t answer, he called me for instructions and was able to leave the flowers with a neighbor. Tony made my day!! The flowers looked great and as advertised!     We are sorry you were not totally satisfied. We did use the flowers that the arrangement called for and added other flowers to that. Between taxes and the $22. delivery charge it eats up the flowers part pretty fast. I understand a lot of times some flowers aren’t available, but I’m pretty disappointed because I picked a “celebrate mom arrangement” which had a combo of red, pink, and purple flowers. What she got was a lot of yellow and orange and some purple.
