    I called from Colorado to get my granddaughter flowers. she turned nine and they did an amazing job for me on the phone as customer service. They also made sure it was delivered on time when it got there. It was just beautiful. If I could add a picture to this I would.     Have done business with Rhonda and her staff for years with complete satisfaction. However with the passing of an 18 year old daughter due to juvenile diabetes they out did themselves. The flowers in the stands were stunning and the cascading arrangement for the urn was perfect. Delivery was prompt and right on time.     If I could give 1000 star review I would, I’m limited to 5. Not only did Rhonda go above & beyond and completely out of her way to help me help my grieving, elderly neighbor, we were trying to locate 2 receipts from 2 different dates but then we found out that the receipts were from someplace else. Rhonda was extremely gracious, kind, helpful, & really restored my faith in humanity that there are tremendously wonderfully good people out there if you haven’t ordered flowers or dealt with anybody from Allen’s before please do so they are a class act. I explained what I was looking for and then trusted her to do a good job with an 'artists choice'. Since I wouldn't be able to see the arrangement myself, I asked if she would send a picture when the arrangement was complete. She was very accommodating and actually sent 3 pictures from different angles before it was sent out today. It was beautiful. Allen's was recommended and the person was just wonderful in personalizing the arrangement I saw online with pink roses and other pretty flowers...it was beautiful and fresh and beyond what I expected...there was a ceramic angel in the sample and the angel in the arrangement was even prettier and will be a wonderful keepsake.
