    I’ve ordered from this place before and have always loved the flowers they provide. However I live out of state and put my friends bday in 12/30, the date was doubled check before and after the purchase but the flowers got delivered yesterday 12/19, not on her bday. Of course I would have preferred them to arrive on her actual bday and maybe it’s because Christmas is this week but that wasn’t communicated with me if that was the case. Still pretty flowers though!

    I live out of state, I ordered online with only a moment’s notice asking them to deliver the same day, they called to let me know the plant I requested was not available, which I really appreciated and they gave me other options to choose from. They texted me real plant photos which was very helpful. The customer service is great and my sister received her plant, which was beautiful and on time to celebrate her birthday. I highly recommend this flower shop. And will use them in the future.
